WHAT AREAS DO YOU SERVE?

Ginger Pop Balloons is based out of Wake Forest, NC and serves the greater Raleigh area including Chapel Hill and Durham.

Do you have delivery and installation fees?

We do! Delivery and installation fees are calculated on top of your order.
Installation fee: Our installation fee is 20% of your balloon order subtotal.
Delivery Fee: We have a minimum of $30 delivery fee regardless of distance. The delivery fee is calculated based on the distance from our HQ (located at 45 Scotland Drive Youngsville, NC) to your event at $3 per mile

How long will balloons last?

We only use the highest quality balloons and materials however, some may pop or deflate sooner than we anticipate. We cannot guarantee your balloons will last once they have been delivered or picked up.
Typically, outdoor balloons have a life expectancy of 1-2 days while indoor balloons have a life expectancy of 4+ weeks. (no guarantees)

How soon do I need to book?

One of a kind balloon creations take lots of time to prepare and design. The more time the better. We strongly encourage booking as soon as you know your event date to avoid disappointment of us already being booked. 

My event is less than a week away, can you help me?

We will try our absolute best to accommodate your event! Last minute orders are accepted based on our availability and may be limited to the balloons we currently have in stock. Your balloon order total will be due up front and may be subject to a rush fee.

What is your cancellation policy?

Deposits are non-refundable. If you must cancel your event set up, your initial deposit may be reallocated to another date and time, based on availability, up to two times. 
Any cancellations less than 72 hours from your event are subject to additional materials costs if you wish to reschedule.

What are grab & go garlands?

Grab & go garlands are our budget-friendly option that allows you to still add POP without breaking the bank. They are fully constructed by us then picked up and hung by you. Hanging materials and easy to follow instructions are included. 

What size vehicle do I need to pick up a Grab & Go Garland?

The size of your grab & go garland will determine the size of the vehicle needed. If you booked a 4ft garland you can get by in any size car or sedan. 
Anything larger, you will need an SUV with all the seats down. The more room the better. The garlands are flexible and can be manipulated to squeeze in, but it’s better to come with an empty vehicle. 

Do you come back to take down the balloons?

We do not return to breakdown your balloons unless there were prior arrangements made. There is an additional fee for us to strike and dispose of the balloons.
