Each marquee is 3' tall. The width of the marquee varies depending on the letter or number.
LED Marquee Raleigh is based out of Youngsville, NC and serves the greater Raleigh area including Chapel Hill, Durham and beyond.
We do! Delivery and installation fees are calculated on top of your order.
Installation fee: Our installation fee is 20% of your rental order subtotal.
Delivery Fee: We have a minimum of $35 delivery fee regardless of distance. The delivery fee is calculated based on the distance from our HQ (located at 45 Scotland Drive Youngsville, NC) to your event at $2 per mile.
The more time the better. We carry a large inventory however, we book on a first-come first-serve basis. We strongly encourage booking as soon as you know your event date to ensure we have the inventory/availability for your event.
We will try our absolute best to accommodate your event! Last minute orders are accepted based on our availability and may be limited to the marquees we currently have available. Your rental order total will be due up front and may be subject to a rush fee.
Set ups can occur indoors or outdoors as long as they are on a LEVEL SURFACE. Ex: grass, turf, concrete, tile, cement, etc. For your safety and to avoid damage to our marquees, we unfortunately CANNOT set up on gravel/rocks, on/near dirt or uneven surfaces. If you have any questions on where to position your marquees, our team would be happy to make an informed recommendation during our planning/design process.
Deposits are non-refundable. If you must cancel your event set up, your initial deposit may be reallocated to another date and time, based on availability, if cancelled within two weeks notice.
Any cancellations less than 72 hours from your event are no longer eligible to be rescheduled.
